崗位職責
崗位職責：
1、協助制定公司人力資源發展規劃，完善企業組織結構；
2、制定人力資源管理規章制度，協助健全人力資源管理體系；
3、審核年度人才需求規劃，制定人員成本計劃；
4、指導和監督招聘工作的實施，保證人才及時到位；
5、組織編制和執行崗位說明書，保證人才配置的合理高效；
6、建立完善績效考核體系和制度，組織和實施績效考核；
7、建立完善薪酬福利體系和制度，實施薪酬調整和福利建設；
8、制定和完善員工獎懲制度，實施員工獎懲和激勵；
9、建立員工培訓體系，制定和實施年度培訓計劃；
10、負責員工勞動關系管理，解決和處理勞動關系問題；
11、組織實施員工溝通和談話，制定員工職業生涯規劃；
12、負責公司企業文化建設；
13、負責本部門工作管理和人員團隊建設，計劃和控制部門成本支出；
14、領導交辦的其他工作。
任職資格：
1、人力資源管理專業，本科以上學歷；
2、3年以上人力資源管理經驗，熟悉設計人才招聘工作；
3、具備專業的人力資源管理知識和能力，熟悉相關法律法規；
4、較強的組織能力和執行力，良好的溝通表達能力，具有親和力；
5、有房地產、建筑設計公司人力資源工作經驗優先。
