Lab Researcher

Responsibilities

INDEPENDENT RESEARCH

?　　 Raise and define academic/ research topics and conduct the research in the context of company projects experiences;

?　　 Understand, collect, filter the industrial trends, policies and changes;

?　　 Database Maintenance and enhancement;

?　　 Academic &Commercial lectures preparations.

PROJECT COORDINATION & SUPPORT

?　　 Feasibility Study & Project Analysis including but not limited to:

City, site, context analysis;

User & Market understanding;

Functions & Program understanding;

References & Case Studies.

?　　 Design and Coordination:

Contact and Quickly Respond the Initiate project meetings;

Coordinate the internal resources for design assignments;

Work together with designers to provide design related studies and design works.

Qualification

?　　 Bachelor degree or above, major in urban planning, architecture or statistics, economics, and other related;

?　　 Experienced in database analysis, data digging, statistical modeling and related ones, design company background is a plus;

?　　 Strong ability of learning and understanding, as well as good communication and team cooperation;

?　　 Good command of English;

?　　 Strong data sensitivity and logic analysis ability to carry out the project independently.

獨立研究

?　　 提出、定義學術研究課題，并結合本公司項目經驗展開研究論證；

?　　 了解、收集、篩選行業趨勢、法規政策和業態變化；

?　　 數據庫的維護和持續改善；

?　　 學術和商業講座的前期準備。

項目協調與支持

?　　 可行性研究與項目分析職責包括但不僅限于：

　　對城市、區位、環境的分析；對用戶和市場的理解；

　　對項目功能與規劃的解析；提供參考案例并進行課題研究。

?　　 設計與協調職責：

　　及時聯系、快速相應項目初期的溝通會議；

　　針對設計任務進行內部資源的協調；

　　與設計師共同合作，提供設計前期相關的調研并參與設計過程。

任職資格

?　　 本科及以上學歷，城市規劃、建筑學或統計、經濟等相關專業；

?　　 數據庫分析、數據挖據、統計建模等相關經驗，有設計公司相關背景者優先考慮；

?　　 具備較強的學習理解能力，以及良好的溝通和團隊協作能力；

?　　 良好的英語表達能力；具有較強的數據敏感度和邏輯分析能力，能獨立開展項目。
