崗位職責：
1.具體負責公司業務（武漢及周區）的市場開拓、業務聯絡、業務洽談、合同談判等事務；
1.Being responsible for marketing
developing, business contract, contract negotiation, etc;
2.建筑管理專業/其他相關專業（建筑、景觀、規劃、結構工程等）本科或本科以上學位；
2. Bachelor degree in architectural management/other related studies(architecture,
landscape,
planning, structural engineering etc) or above.
3.具備10年以上建筑設計行業工作經歷, 5年以上市場工作經驗（大型設計院/知名設計事務所類似經驗優先），可獨立進行上述工作；
3. More than 10 years working experiences in the
architectural field and more than 5 years of marketing experiences
(working experiences working in famous in famous design institute/ famous foreign design office are preferred),be able to finish the above work independently.
4.優秀的商務談判能力,及市場開拓能力。
4. Excellent ability of business negotiation， and strong ability of marking developing.
5. 商務法語或英語流利（需要口語即時翻譯及書面文件撰寫，法語優先）；
5. Excellent professional French/English is preferred (instant oral translation and written report are required, French is preferred)
6. 出色的團隊管理能力，組織能力。

7.工作地點：武漢，可根據工作需要出差，主要在國內。
