Key Responsibilities:

·　　Receive brief from Project Director or Client, confirm scope of work and schedule; work individually and as a team to produce conceptual design, schematic design, design development and construction design solutions, drawings and presentations; coordinate with design and production teams; communicate with all parties to confirm understanding.

　　接收項目總監或客戶的項目信息，確認工作范圍和進度；獨立和作為一個團隊工作來制作概念設計、方案設計、擴初設計和施工設計方案、圖紙和演示文稿；與設計和制作團隊協調；與各有關方確認理解。

·　　Create or implement fresh ideas, improving the design work technical projects and/or work process. Develop ideas into useable applications.

　　創造或實施新的想法，改進設計工作、技術項目和/或工作流程。把想法應用到設計中去。

·　　Able to communicate/present the idea to the group of people effectively and efficiently.

　　能夠有效地向團隊傳達/展示想法。

·　　Use oral and written English language skills effectively and efficiently.

　　有效和高效地使用英語口語和書面語言技能。

·　　2-5 years experience in department store design, retail related projects, medium to large scale projects.

　　2-5年百貨、商業項目相關設計、中大型項目設計經驗。

·　　Knowledge of international retail trends, materials, merchandising/display, products, furniture, features and specifications.

　　具有國際商業趨勢、材料、商品/陳列、產品、家具、特點和規格的了解。

·　　Ability to work efficiently on multiple projects concurrently in a fast paced, exciting design environment.

　　能夠在快節奏、令人興奮的設計環境中同時高效地處理多個項目。

·　　Suitable knowledge of related computer design software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Studio, Sketch-Up. Other relevant software will be an added advantage.

　　熟悉相關的計算機設計軟件，如AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Studio, Sketch-Up。其他相關軟件將是一個額外的優勢。

·　　Fair command of written and spoken English

　　良好的英語書面和口語能力。
