We have a vacancy for 2 Project Designers to join us in working on exciting hospitality & residential projects. The position will be based in our Shanghai office.

職位：項目設計師（酒店類）

工作內容：

按時完成每天分配的工作任務，保證達到要求的質量；和團隊成員合作確保提交出優秀的工作質量，包括設計，操作程序，文件管理及各級別相關人員的順利溝通。以下是該職位典型工作的一部分：

1. 同設計部，軟裝部及平面設計部門的同事緊密合作，保持項目設計方向的凝聚力

2. 完成概念設計的深化及完成部分施工圖

職位要求：

１．　　 室內設計或建筑設計專業大專及以上學歷；

２．　　 至少６年以上相關工作經驗；

３．　　 設計方面有好的創意，抱有熱情；

４．　　熟練使用SketchUp, Enscape, V-ray, 3D Max, Photoshop, AutoCAD及其他　效果圖用插件

５．　　 具有良好的溝通技能。

Project Interior Designer (Hospitality)

Job Description:

Responsible of the day-to-day running of the parts of the projects you are assigned to; working with the rest of your team to ensure that excellent quality is achieve - completeness of design, process, documentation & successful communication at all levels. Some of the typical work activities would include:

·　　 Work with team members in Design, FFE & Graphics design on the cohesiveness of the project design direction

·　　 Production of Development of Concept design and part of a full set of construction drawings

Job Requirements:

１．　　 Diploma / Degree in Interior Design /Interior Architecture or equivalent

２．　　 At least 6 years relevant working experience

３．　　 A good creative sense and passion in design

４．　　 Excellent SketchUp, Enscape, V-ray, 3D Max, Photoshop, AutoCAD and　other　redering　plug-ins　skills

５．　　 Good communication skills
