AREP is looking for a senior architect with strong conceptual and project management experience in transportation projects to join our Shanghai office branch.
The ideal candidate for this position will be organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starting individual driven to succeed.

Responsibilities 崗位職責：
? Strong project management experience and the ability to manage competing deadlines and project budgets

? Plans and manages the project process from competition to construction detail design.

? Represents the project or practice as the primary contact for client interaction

? Directs issue resolution and enhances project quality in reporting to internal and external audiences

? Serves as the main contributor during client meetings and presentations

Requirements 任職要求：
? Master degree in Architecture
建筑專業研究生學歷
? 8-10+ years experience
8-10年或以上工作經驗
? Recognized experience in transportation design, technical coordination and/or management

? Ability to work within multi-disciplinary teams

? Knowledge of China codes and construction practices
交接中國規范和施工規范
? Experience or involvement with design of large-scale, transportation projects

? Excellent graphic representation

? Effective team player and project coordination skills

? Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D modeling (Sketch Up, Rhino)
