職責：

1.　　 對色彩敏感，家具風格有很強的鑒賞力；

2.　　 能夠檢查家具圖紙，確認家具設計細節；

3.　　 了解全球設計趨勢和各種材料，對軟裝設計始終抱有熱忱；

4.　　 具有較強解決問題的能力；

5.　　 工作積極主動，具有良好的溝通能力，協調各方關系的能力和觀察能力；

要求：

1.　　 建筑設計\室內設計或相關專業，持大專或以上畢業證書；

2.　　 至少8年以上軟裝設計經驗，具有酒店設計經驗者優先；

3.　　 有管理完整項目的經驗，熟悉藝術品和配件的安裝流程者優先；

4.　　 項目組織和時間管理能力強；

5.　　 熟練使用AutoCAD, MS Office and Adobe Photoshop等專業軟件。

Senior FFE Designer (based in Shanghai，China)

SL+A HOTELS a division of Steven Leach Group specialising in hospitality design is looking for creative individuals to fill the position of Senior FFE Designer. You will join a team of designers dedicated to design excellence.

Your Responsibility:

§ Conceptual flair with a good eye for colour and furniture styles

§ Able to check shop-drawings and make-right furniture design detailing

§ Passionate and aware of global design trends and FF&E supplies.

§ To have good problem solving skills.

§ Highly motivated, strong communication, interpersonal and observation skills.

§ Coordinate with design team on progress of every phase

§ Compelling presentation skills

Your Qualifications:

§ Degree/ Diploma in Architectural or Interior Design or equivalent.

§ Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in FF&E especially in hospitality industry.

§ Experienced in handling projects in all design phases. Knowledge of A&A installation process will be an advantage.

§ Strong time and project organizational skills.

§ Professional knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office and Adobe Photoshop
