The Shanghai team is a young and vibrant team specialising in hospitality and corporate interior design. We have accumulated many years of working experience and successfully designed hundreds of thousands of square meters for international hotel brands and Fortune 500 firms to say the least. Our Shanghai team welcomes creative professionals who share our purpose in “designing spaces that inspire”.

We are currently looking for a 3D Visualizer to join a leading hospitality interior design practice based in Shanghai. You will be working closely with the design team to realize concept designs in a 3D format.公司欲招聘3D設計師一名。主要工作是同設計團隊密切工作， 使3D設計能夠充分表現出概念設計，并且能從視覺上體現高品質的成品。

Position職位：3D設計師

基本要求

1.　　 持有視覺專業或者室內設計專業證書或國家認可的相等技術證書

2.　　 至少五年制作高質量室內設計圖像和動畫經驗.

3.　　 熟練使用SketchUp, Enscape, V-ray, 3D Max, Photoshop, AutoCAD及其它效果圖用插件。

4.　　 能夠熟練根據建筑平面圖，手繪圖和立面圖建模，熟知3D渲染技術。

2.　　 能夠與內、外的工作團隊建立并保持強有力的穩定的合作，提交創新的設計解決方案。

Essential Experience & Qualifications

·　　 Visualisation or Interior Design qualifications or equivalent Technical Diploma from an accredited institute.

·　　 Qualification experience of at least 5 year in producing high quality interior 3D and animations.

·　　 Experience in the use of SketchUp, Enscape, V-Ray, 3D Max, Photoshop, AutoCAD and other rendering plug-ins.

·　　 Fully conversant in using and creating modelling from architectural plans, sketches and elevations, and knowledge of related visualisation and photorealistic 3D rendering techniques.
